How Steadfast Began
Steadfast Group was founded in 2020 by a team of facilities management veterans who saw a gap in the market: enterprise clients needed a maintenance partner that could match their operational rigor — not just show up with a tools.
We started with a single property in Miami and grew by doing three things exceptionally well: showing up when we said we would, completing the work to the standard we promised, and always showing "face" for all solutions, any issues, and just when called upon. Now that's old-school! That reputation spread. We strived for a true partnership.
Today we manage over 20 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and regulated space across the state. Our client retention rate of 97% is not a marketing number — it is the result of a culture that treats every facility as if it were our own. On a steadfast pursuit for excellence.
